Hibachi Skirt Steak & Veggies

Fire up the grill and get ready for a delicious dinner!

Ingredients:

Skirt Steak

Jack’s Grill Asian Ginger Grilling Sauce

Eggplant

Green Onions

Directions:

Pre-heat grill or grill pan to a high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and drizzle with Jack’s Grill Asian Ginger Grilling Sauce. Grill until desired doneness. Cut eggplant into 1-inch slices. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Brush green onions with a little olive oil. Grill veggies until tender. Serve with additional sauce if desired.
