Classic Potato Salad
Preheat grill to medium heat. When ready to cook, brush oil on the grill grate and place drained Flat Chicken® on it skin-side down. After 10 to 12 minutes, the skin should be crisp and golden brown. Turn the chicken over and continue cooking for an additional 8 to 15 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F and juices run clear. Pull off the grill and let rest. Shuck corn and grill until golden, and serve with chicken and potato salad.
