Fig Spread Crostini with Bacon

A crusty baguette, sweet figs, crumbly blue cheese, and savory bacon make this appetizer a crowd pleaser.

1 DLM French Baguette
Vera Jane’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, halved
(1) 9-oz jar Divina Fig Spread
½ cup arugula
8 slices cooked DLM Uncured Bacon, crumbled
1 cup blue cheese

Slice baguette on small bias. Brush olive oil on slices then broil in oven until golden brown. Rub with garlic clove and spread with Dalmatia Fig Spread. Place arugula, bacon, and blue cheese on top and serve.
