DLM Brioche with Caviar
This classy appetizer is a delicious way to add instant elegance to your holiday party.

Ingredients:
1 loaf DLM Sliced Brioche
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 container crème fraîche
Salt and while pepper to taste
2 oz caviar
Dill sprigs, for garnish
Directions:
Using a small round cookie cutter, cut out small circles from sliced brioche. Place on a cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Toast in the oven until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Season crème fraîche lightly with salt and white pepper. When serving, place a dollop of crème fraîche on toasted brioche and top with caviar and a small spring of dill for garnish, if desired.
