Curry Crab Dip

This recipe features sweet crab meat, fragrant ginger, fresh onion, and mild curry powder all held together with the perfect amount of mayo and cream cheese. The result is a creamy, well-balanced dip that we just can't get enough of.


2 Tbsp butter

1 cup onion, minced

2 Tbsp ginger, minced

2 tsp DLM Mild Curry Powder

3 Tbsp mango chutney

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayo

2 Tbsp lime juice

2 green onions, sliced

¼ cup cilantro chopped

1 lb crab meat

Salt and pepper to taste

Terra Chips or sweet potato chips, for serving


In a large sauté pan, melt the butter and cook the onion and ginger over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and stir. Then, add the chutney, cream cheese, mayo, and lime juice, and cook stirring until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the green onions, cilantro and crab meat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until dip is warm and heated through.
