Chicken Mole

Take a bite out of Oaxacan cuisine with this delicious Chicken Mole.

2 lbs DLM Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs

1 package Frontera Classic Red Mole Skillet Sauce

DLM Cilantro Lime Rice

DLM Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Season chicken with salt. In a sauté pan, heat a little oil and sauté chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Add sauce and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. Heat rice in the microwave and serve alongside chicken and salsa.
