1 lb chicken tenders
1 package fajita seasoning mix
1 container of fajita veggies
3 Tbsp DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
DLM Salsa and Guacamole for serving
In a bowl mix the chicken tenders and the fajita seasoning with 3 Tbsp DLM olive oil and 1 Tbsp water, Mix well. On a sheet pan in an even layer lay out the tenders and scatter the fajita veggies to fill in. Bake at 400ºF for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked though. Serve with warm tortillas and DLM Salsa and Guacamole.
