Cheesy Hatch Chile Bean Dip
(1) 15.4-oz can Amy’s Organic Traditional Refried Beans
2 cups roasted Hatch Chiles, diced
(1) 8-oz pkg of Frontera Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
In a medium-sized casserole dish, spread an even layer of refried beans and top with an even layer of diced Hatch Chiles. Pour the green chile sauce on top and cover the entire surface area with shredded cheese. Bake in a pre-heated oven or broiler until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve with DLM White Corn Tortilla Chips.
