Baked Goat Cheese with Tomatoes, Olives, and Capers

This is a delicious, hot appetizer that is easy to whip together for the holidays!

Ingredients:

(1) 32-oz jar DLM Original Marinara Sauce

1 log fresh goat cheese

1/2 cup Kalamata olives

1/2 cup green olives

1-2 Tbsp capers

Pinch of red chili flakes

1 DLM Baguette, sliced and toasted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a casserole dish, pour the jar of sauce and top with a scattering of the olives, capers, and red chili flakes. Slice goat cheese into 1/2 inch medallions and gently place on top of the sauce in a decorative pattern. Bake until bubbly and hot. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
