North Country Charcuterie Herbed Wagyu Bresaola is a 2022 Good Food Awards Winner! They use Ohio-raised Wagyu Beef Eye of Round from Sakura Wagyu Farms and delicately flavor it with a blend of aromatic herbs and spices. This artisan charcuterie is traditionally sliced very thin and served with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh-ground pepper. It takes about 3-4 months to cure, dry, and age properly, so it’s only made in very limited quantities. No added nitrates or nitrites.
