Petit d'Affinois is a cow's milk cheese from France that simply melts in the mouth. Its rich and creamy-soft texture releases a fresh and fine taste with a delicate flavor. Its buttery texture is creamier, lighter, and smoother than other brie cheeses. It has an almost whipped texture and pairs well with fruits, Champagne, and fresh breads. This is one of our favorites here all year.
