Remember the one hour rule: cheese is best when eaten at room temperature. North Country Salami is shelf stable; however, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator especially after opening to prolong its life.

Best served at room temperature and thinly sliced. The white mold on the outside is edible, but you can peel it off. Flavor may vary.
