Bittermilk No. 5 Charred Grapefruit Tonic with Bulls Bay Sea Salt is not your typical tonic. The No.5 combines lime and lemon juice with cinchona bark, the source of quinine for tonic. The fresh grapefruit skins are charred to help bring out the bitter yet refreshing notes. Just a bit of local Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt helps pull the savory caramel notes and balance out the flavors. It works well with any light spirit such as vodka or gin. We suggest pouring equal parts No. 5, vodka, and soda water over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. This is a 2017 sofi Award winner for Best Cold Beverage/Cocktail Mixer.

Bittermilk Bourbon Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned Mixer will help you become your own mixologist at home. Bittermilk recreated this gentleman's cocktail by using classic bittering agents like gentian root and cinchona bark, along with burnt sugar, spices, and a bit of orange peel. The mixer is aged in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels from Willett Distillery to allow the flavors come together and ramp up the intensity. It's super concentrated, so just a little goes a long way. Best mixed with Bourbon, rye whiskey, or other aged spirits; 1 part Bittermilk and 4 parts spirits. Garnish with an orange peel and Luxardo cherries along with extra-large ice cubes.

Bittermilk Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour Mix is a revival of this old classic by smoking honey over Bourbon barrel staves. Bitter orange peel and lemon make for a slightly tart and smoky cocktail, and honey adds a nice frothy head when shaken. This 2016 sofi Award-winner mixes best with your favorite whiskey or Bourbon, but also works well with tequila to make a slightly smoky honey margarita. Combine equal parts Bittermilk and whiskey with extra-large ice cubes. Caspari Happy Hour Napkins are guaranteed to elevate the home mixology experience.
