One Chicken, Three Meals

Utilizing a whole chicken can be time saving and budget-friendly. John Chico will demonstrate how to break down a whole raw chicken and use the pieces for three different dishes. Whether you roast the whole chicken and use it in several ways or break it down raw and wrap the individual pieces for later use, this process is important for every home cook. These homemade comfort food recipes will encourage you to be more creative the next time you think of chicken for dinner! This menu will be paired with wine.
