These creative chef instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge of using the best seasonal ingredients for amazing results. You’ll enjoy watching Casey and Patrick work their culinary magic as they create this delightful summer menu. Grilled Peach & Fennel Salad with Castelvetrano Olive Tapenade, Gnudi with Farm Greens Pesto & Heirloom Tomatoes, and Cannolis with Ricotta Cream, Orange Zest & Pistchios. This menu will be paired with wine.
