The valley is known for its nice weather, beautiful gardens, lazy rivers, and enchanted forests cherished by kings and the past Royal Courts of France. Come taste and sip what the Loire Valley has been known for throughout the centuries-all the good things in life! Pork Rillettes, Fresh Water Fish with Buerre Blanc Sauce, Canard au Miel (honey lacquered duck breast), Cheese and Salad Plate, and Tart Tartin.
