Besides being world renowned for its Cabernets, Chile has some unique varietal and intriguing blends. Common in many South American New World wines, the flavors are bright, juicy-fruit, big, and bold. Join us for these exciting pairings. Machas a la Parmesana, (salt water clams topped with wine, butter, and Parmesan), Cazvela de Mariscos (seafood stew), Churrasco Steak Sandwich, and Tres Leche Cake. Wine is paired with each course.
