Chef Carrie will show you how to roll fresh "Salad-Style" Rolls made with Rice Wrappers, or Fresh Lettuce Leaves, with plenty of aromatic Herbs, Shrimp, and Pork. Also on tonight's menu will be the classic, Crab and Pork Vietnamese-Style Fried Spring Rolls with Cellophane Noodles, plenty of Black Pepper, and a side of Nuoc Cham for dipping.
