Taste + Table We're excited to begin the fall term with a new concept for sharing wonderful food and wine. You'll find no formal class or instruction, just fabulous four-course menus with expertly paired wines. For these dining events, we've chosen six of the top wine growing areas from all over the globe.
Famed Malbec grapes and other varieties make Argentinian wine more popular than ever. The food is bold and distinctive, and meat is the star of the show. This is an exciting wine and food pairing that will leave you wanting more. Provoleta (oven-roasted cheese), Hearts of Palm Salad with Olives and Peppers, Argentine Asado (marinated grilled flank steak, lamb, and spicy chorizo) with Chimichurri, Salt Potatoes, and Alfajores (delicate butter cookies sandwiched with dulce de leche and rolled in coconut). Each course will be paired with wine.
