Taste + Table We're excited to begin the fall term with a new concept for sharing wonderful food and wine. You'll find no formal class or instruction, just fabulous four-course menus with expertly paired wines. For these dining events, we've chosen six of the top wine growing areas from all over the globe.
Who doesn't love the savory goodness of German food? This menu is packed with flavors that pair wonderfully with German wines, ranging from fruity to spicy, dry to sweet. You won't miss the beer! Obatzda (Bavarian cheese dip made with camembert and butter), Pilzstrudel mit Ziegenkase (earthy, umami mushrooms and tangy goat cheese strudel with frisée), Pork Schnitzel with Braised Red Cabbage and Potatoes, and Apfle Kuchen (German Apple Cake). Each course will be paired with wine.
