You'll find no formal class or instruction, just fabulous four-course menus with expertly paired wines. For these dining events, we've chosen six of the top wine growing areas from all over the globe.
Recognized today for its quality wine and geographic diversity, Portugal has become a very popular destination for American foodies. Join us for this true comfort food with Latin warmth, color, and flavor. Caldo Verde (traditional Portuguese soup made with sausage, greens, and potatoes), Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato (clams steamed in wine and garlic), Galinha Estufada (stewed chicken and tomatoes), and Arroz Doce (rich and creamy rice pudding). Each course will be paired with wine.
