Taste + Table We're excited to begin the fall term with a new concept for sharing wonderful food and wine. You'll find no formal class or instruction, just fabulous four-course menus with expertly paired wines. For these dining events, we've chosen six of the top wine growing areas from all over the globe.
South African cuisine is rich with external influences, resulting in an array of textures, tastes, and aromas. It's a wonderful wine-producing region with a range in styles, from stunning reds, full-bodied chardonnay, to crisp sauvignon blanc. You're sure to enjoy this menu with food friendly, elegant wines. Scallops with Mango, Roasted Duck Breast with Fig Salad, Braised Lamb & Apricot Stew, and Passion Fruit Tart. Each of these courses will be paired with wine.
