Taste + Table We're excited to begin the fall term with a new concept for sharing wonderful food and wine. You'll find no formal class or instruction, just fabulous four-course menus with expertly paired wines. For these dining events, we've chosen six of the top wine growing areas from all over the globe.
With several of the country's leading wine regions, citrus groves, rich selection of fresh vegetables, and seafood, the Central Coast is a dining paradise. This menu will take you on a culinary road trip along the Golden State Coast. Green Goddess Seasonal Salad with Avocado; California-Style Pizza with Roasted Duck Breast, Hoisin, and Scallion; Charred Beef with Tomato Crudo and Garlic; and California Seasonal Fruit, Goat Cheese, and Nut Crisps. Each course will be paired with Central Coast Wines.
