You'll find no formal class or instruction, just fabulous four-course menus with expertly paired wines. For these dining events, we've chosen six of the top wine growing areas from all over the globe.
No country is more renowned for its food and wine than France. It's certainly one of the most celebrated at the Culinary Center! Join us for this delicious four-course menu with affordable wine pairings. Sharp, and tangy Roquefort Cheese Tart with Caramelized Onions and Frisée, Fresh Grilled Salmon with creamy Béarnaise, deeply flavored Coq au Vin, and decadent Chocolate Mousse. Wine is paired with each course.
