We may be a little tired of hibernating, but with the cooler nights and blustery days, we find ourselves content in welcoming the fall season at home. This is the time for long, cozy dinners with family and friends over perfectly paired wines. Light the candles and settle in around the table. Stracciatella (Italian Egg Drop Soup), Mixed Greens, Apples, and Caramelized Pecans with Cider Dressing, Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Fennel, Creamy Polenta with Mushrooms and Swiss Chard, and Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. This menu will be paired with wine.
