She'll teach the cooking process and explain the deliciously fragrant combination of spices used for making her favorites. Chicken Tikka Masala (tender chicken marinated in a creamy, orange-hued, spicy sauce), Thai Panang Red Curry (rich with coconut and peanut notes), Rogan Josh (a stew made with lamb or beef with fragrant herbs and warm spices), and a quick and easy Fish Curry. This menu will be paired with wine.
