Come in and shake off the cold as you help prepare this menu perfect for a dinner party or a cozy Sunday meal. You'll make succulent beef short ribs, one of the most flavorful, fall-off-the-bone cuts of meat imaginable, and plate them with Creamy Polenta - a match made in Heaven! Mary will guide you through this mouth-watering menu: Puff Pastry Tart with Goat Cheese, Mushrooms, Red Pepper, and Onion, Mixed Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Shaved Pecorino and Toasted Hazelnuts, Braised Beef Short Ribs with Creamy Polenta, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta, and Blood Orange Cake. This menu will be paired with wine.
