Join Elaine for this culinary trip through Greece with this delightful menu. Spanakopita (Spinach & Cheese Triangles), Homemade Pita Bread with DLM Hummus, and Greek Olives, Avgolemono, a classic Greek soup thickened with eggs, and spiked with lemon, Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce, Rice Pilaf, and Roasted Vegetables, and Melomakarona, a moist cake-like cookie flavored with orange, and brandy, and bathed in a sweet honey syrup, then topped with walnuts. This menu will be paired with wine.
