With these decadent sauces, fresh pasta is the only way to go! You learn to make fresh pasta dough for making fettuccini noodles. Mary will then show you how to make three decadent sauces to top our fresh pasta. Roasted Cauliflower-Leek Gorgonzola Sauce, Green Olive Sauce with Zesty Breadcrumbs, and, Amatriciana Sauce with Bacon and Tomatoes. Don't worry about carb overload- we'll add an Italian Salad, and finish with DLM Gelato. This menu will be paired with wine.
