We will explore some of the recipes of this London-based restaurateur and chef, which focus on vibrant, fresh ingredients. Chef Sam Wickham of Foxhole Farm will guide you through making recipes from the cookbook Jerusalem, including Handmade Pita Bread, Butternut Squash and Tahini Spread, Fabulous Fattoush, and an open Kibbeh, a baked savory cake with bulgur crust and ground lamb. You'll end the evening with White Wine and Cardamom Poached Pears with a dollop of Whipped Yougurt. This menu will be paired with wine.
