Cooking with Grains

Create dishes that are complex and delicious using healthful whole grains. Artisan grains are an excellent source of complex carbs, key vitamins, and minerals making them a substantial part of a healthy diet. Sherry will explore the various flavor profiles of different grains, how to cook with them for maximum flavor, and how to use them creatively. Wild Rice Mushroom Pilaf, Salmon with Quinoa Gremolata, Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Farro, Pea, and Roasted Tomato Salad, and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies. This menu will be paired with wine.
