Join Kara Haas, a creative and energetic home cook, to discover the fun and ease of making much-loved Mexican restaurant food at home. Kara will teach you to make her family's favorite Pinto Bean and Barbocoa Beef with Lime and Cilantro White Rice. You'll turn bland stove-top rice into that delicious lime and cilantro white rice we all love. Kara will also teach adaptations for making this meal vegetarian and vegan for special dietary restrictions. Plenty of sides will be served for your choice of filling a bowl, wrapping in a tortilla, or topping a tostada. We'll finish with an easy-to-make dessert. This menu is all gluten-free. $75 for two people.
