The Central Coast of California not only has some pretty incredible wine areas (think Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Clara), but both the land and sea are abundant with fresh fish and plentiful vegetables. Many local farmers are growing specialty gourmet products like olive oils, jams, and heirloom garlic. Chef Carrie will pair a series of small plates while wine educator George will highlight several of his favorite Central Coast wines.
