Mary will show you the technique and the art of rolling them one-by-one. You'll learn how to cook it properly and then top it off with two delicious sauces. We'll start the meal with an Italian salad and finish with chocolate! Potato Gnocchi with Browned Butter, and Fried Sage Leaves, and Porcini Gnocchi with Prosciutto, and Parmesan Cream. This menu will be paired with wine.
