Junior Chefs' Hands-On Class (grades 4-6)
You'll learn to cook like a French chef in this class with Zebbie. These are deliciously classic dishes you'll want to recreate at home. Students will make Foolproof Chicken Cordon Bleu with a Ritz cracker crust, and fancy Duchess Potatoes - creamy potatoes piped into a decorative shape and baked to a golden brown. For dessert, you'll master the technique for making a classic favorite: Chocolate Mousse.
