Both Chef Carrie and George have recently traveled to Portugal, and they're excited to share with you their fabulous experiences of the country's distinctive food and wine. Chef Carrie will prepare an indulgent menu and George will complement the courses with perfect wine pairings. Mixed Tapas Plate; Caldo Verde, a traditional Potato Soup with Greens and Sausage; Polvo à Lagareiro, Oven-Roasted Octopus; Bacalhau, Traditional Cod with Cornbread Crumb and Greens; and Pastel de Nata, an Egg Custard Tart.
