Perfectly Moist Brined Roast Turkey; Sourdough, Sausage, and Sage Stuffing; Johnny Appleseed Gravy; Twice-Baked Sweet Potato Cups with Shallots and Taleggio Cheese; Roasted Green Beans with Creamy Shallots and Crimini Mushrooms; Holiday Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad with Pomegranate and Toasted Walnuts; and a DLM Bakery Dessert Treat. This menu will be paired with wine.
