Chef Sam will take this traditional menu, with a few delicious spins, and show you how to easily incorporate them for taking your meal to the next level. Perfectly Moist Brined Roast Turkey, Sourdough, Sausage and Sage Stuffing, Johnny Appleseed Gravy, Twice Baked Sweet Potato Cups with Shallots and Taleggio Cheese, Roasted Green Beans with Creamy Shallots and Crimini Mushrooms, Holiday Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad with Pomegranate and Toasted Walnuts, and a DLM Bakery Dessert Treat. This menu will be paired with wine.
