That's amore! There may be many styles of pizza but they're all crave-worthy. Mary will equip you with the skills to make two pizza doughs to create totally different pizza styles for whatever pizza mood you're in. You'll make a mouthwatering Detroit Style Pizza, known for its thick, airy crust, buttery Wisconsin cheese and thick tomato sauce that bakes up crispy and golden around the edges. You'll also prepare a Traditional Crust Pizza, topped with Roasted Mushrooms, Fontina and Scallions, and a delightful Italian Ice Cream Dessert, Spumoni Squares. This menu will be paired with wine and beer.
