Join Mary, along with wine educator Teresa, as they set the scene for an evening of fine dining Italian style. These select dishes will be complemented with Teresa's choice wine pairings. Antipasti: Roasted Cergnola Olives with Rosemary and Lemon, Sugar Snap Peas with Prosciutto and Black Pepper, Cheeses and Italian Bread; Primi: Cavatelli with Braised Chicken and Parmesan; Secondi: Lamb Chops with Garlic Puree, Swiss Chard and Shallots; Insalata: Little Gem Lettuce with Red Onion, Almonds, Honey and Feta, and Dolce: Chocolate Ricotta Cake with Creme Fraiche.
