This book is one of our staff favorites for recipes that are perfectly balanced and easy to replicate. We'll demonstrate a few dishes we think are innovative and flavor rich! Chicories Salad, Buttermilk Roasted Chicken, Persion Rice with Tahdig, Butternut Squash and Brussels Sprouts with Agrodolce and Chocolate Midnight Cake with Salted Vanilla Cream. This menu will be paired with wine.
