It's all about the layers! Join The Culinary Institute of America-trained Chef Sam Wickham and learn how to make puff pastry from scratch. Students will learn how to put together Golden Puff Pastry Braids filled with a Savory Summer Filling, as well as a Sweet Morning Danish Filling. This menu will be paired with wine.
