Hands-On Teen Class (ages 12-Up)
Students will get hands-on experience learning to make pasta from scratch. Mary will demonstrate and lead students through the process of making pasta dough and how to cut the pasta sheets into two types of noodles. Students will also make two delicious sauces to top their fresh pasta. Fresh Spaghetti with Bolognese Ragu and Pappardelle with Four Cheese Sauce.
