Mini Mofongo Balls (mashed plantains with garlic/onion flavored olive oil and crispy bacon), BacalaĆ­tos (cod fish fritters) with Cilantro Aioli, Arroz Con Gandules (Puerto Rican rice with pigeon peas), Pollo (chicken) Fricassee with White Wine Sauce, and Tres Leches Cake with Cherries Jubilee Sauce. This menu will be paired with wine.
