Endibias Con Queso (Belgian Endives filled with Spanish Goat Cheese, Oranges and Almonds with Sherry dressing, Gambas al Ajillo (classic Tapa of Shrimp sautéed with Garlic, Trigueros Con Romesco Sauce (asparagus with romesco), Toasted Ciabatta rubbed with Fresh Tomato, Olive Oil and topped with Jamon Iberico, and Tortilla de Patatas (authenic Spanish Fritatta with Potatoes and Onions).
