Join Chef instructor and local farmer, Sam Wickham to learn how to conjure up an interesting meal utilizing the best of the season's local ingredients. Learn about how you can eat and cook seasonally even when old man winter is in town. Look forward to discussing how to extend the season of some of your summer favorites like green beans and beets by canning, freezing or dehydrating. Beet Napoleons over Local Cut Greens, Local Lamb and Quinoa Stuffed Delicata Squash with Tahini Yogurt Sauce and Dilly Beans. This menu will be paired with wine.
