You'll be raising your glasses when you sit down to the elegant meal; prepared by you! Mary will show you how to create a delicious menu from appetizer to dessert. She'll guide you through making fresh pasta and a succulent pork tenderloin. This will be a go-to meal for your next dinner party! Shrimp Scampi on Crostini, Homemade Wide Pasta Tagliatelle with Asparagus and Lemon Cream Sauce, Pork Tenderloin, Browned Butter Cauliflower with Lemon and Parsley, Baby Greens Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil, and Chocolate Almond Cake. This menu will be paired with wine.
