Hannah will show you how you can make grain free baked goods that are just as scrumptious as the alternative. She'll teach you the basics of grain-free ingredients, storage of ingredients, baking prep and methods for switching ingredients. She'll talk about grain-free alternative flours and help you with conversion quandaries. Everyone will take home a couple of free baking mixes. An appetizer plate will be served in this class.
