This class is all about how to turn fresh pasta into flavored pasta. Mary will show you how to make the most beautiful spinach pasta sheets for making her incredible Spinach Lasagna. We'll also make Lemon Fettuccine - zesty lemon pasta, with a hint of black pepper in the dough and finished with a generous dusting of grated Parmesan and fresh thyme makes this dish irrestible. These fresh pastas are sure to become your new favorites! This menu will be enjoyed with wine.
