In this class Liz and Carrie will share their love of everything turkey highlighting free range, gourmet turkey from local turkey farmers, Bowman & Landes from New Carlisle. Turkey provides so much flavor and so many options that go way beyond the once-a-year holiday showing. Not Thanksgiving dinner here, but instead all sorts of creative and delicious ways to cook and serve turkey. This menu will be paired with wine.
