Mary's menu may be spectacularly elegant, but that doesn't mean the wine has to be costly! Teresa will explain that you don't have to spend a fortune for wine for your next dinner party or family gathering. In this class, Mary will make a few of her specialty dishes that Teresa will complement with perfect selections of Italian wines. Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp with Salsa Verde, Large Ravioli with Ricotta Asparagus Filing and an Egg Yolk in Browned Butter Sauce, Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Brandy Cream Sauce, Parmesan Creamed Spinach, and Ricotta Zeppoli.
